Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online, your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your details are encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation free of charge by contacting us at support@stylify.ie.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — however, you may still exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
In rare cases (e.g., stock errors or payment issues), we may need to cancel an order. If this happens, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full to your original payment method.
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Ireland typically takes 6–10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details (tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate).
Q. CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, creating an account has perks:
