Refund policy

We comply with Irish and EU consumer law, which gives you the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give any reason.

In addition, we offer our own 30-day return policy, meaning you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. This applies to both orders within Ireland and international customers.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under EU law, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Note: Sale items are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal and can be returned just like non-sale items.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, though we may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
